I made the mistake of not reading prior reviews before taking my Nissan GT-R to this dealership for service. After setting an appointment well in advance it still took them over 5 hours to do my oil chang taking my Nissan GT-R to this dealership for service. After setting an appointment well in advance it still took them over 5 hours to do my oil change and would have taken much longer if I didn’t stand up for myself and ask them to get it done sooner. I arrived at 10 am for my appt. After waiting an hour without my car entering the service bay they told me it would be done by 5. On top of this I asked if my airbag system was working correctly because the airbag light wasn’t illuminating as you would expect. Instead of the “certified techs” knowing how this light operated and educating me on their system I asked if I needed a diagnostic to know if it was was working and they gladly obliged to charging me $160 for a diagnostic. I spoke with August the GM and he agreed with me that they should know the Nissan safety systems and said “it was no problem and he would have my $160 refunded”. After receiving a rude call back from the service manager telling me I wasn’t getting my money back I attempted to call the GM back 3 times leaving messages to speak with him about this situation and to receive my money back. Still no call back, not a man of his word. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Their website states “Remember, Others Won’t Hill Will!” And “We'd love to give you a top-notch experience, and we look forward to giving you service that can't be beat!” Unfortunately this is far from the truth and was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Drive a little further and find a reputable company to deal with. More

She can’t keep up with her customers and there appointments. At this point she doesn’t know if she’s coming or going! I drove 45 minutes for her to tell me she doesn’t remember making my appointment or having a rental I could use like she stated when scheduling my appointment almost two weeks ago.. Not only issues with today!!!! It’s every time I go there…..If you have to wait for your vehicle it might get fixed that day or it might take 2 weeks . Have had my car a little over a year and has been in and out of shop!!!! Don’t go here!!! I’m going to write a review every day!!! More
What an amazing experience Gabby provided me. Although the problem was unknown when I arrived, she checked every possibility until it was found. Tried to get Service Plan promoted by Nissan. The letter said take the offer to our dealer, Hill Nissan. Went to Service Desk and they didn't know anything about the plan and sent us to Finance. Cashier said she needed a ticket from the service manager who couldn't be found. The Rental Manager took the time to try and help us by repeatedly calling the Service Manager who still did not answer his phone. After being passed around and then waiting 30 minutes for the Service Manager we left. The Rental Manager said someone would call that afternoon. Someone did but we couldn't get to the phone in time. We knew it was Hill Nissan but not who actually called since no voicemail was left. Receptionist did not know who called when we called back. We have never had so much trouble trying to spend money with a car dealership. I was so infuriated I wrote a letter to the General Manager at Hill explaining the situation. I received a call from the Service Manager the following week. His apology was so shallow I really didn't want to speak with him any longer than I had too. He asked if I could come in and purchase the plan in such a nonchalant way it really infuriated me again. I told him I would discuss it with my wife but do not plan on any purchase from Hill in the future. Bottom line is maybe next time I deal with a dealership it might next door where they advertise, Save Time, Save Money. Not at Hill where it is waist time, waist money. Poor customer service except for the Rental Manager. More

Basically they just stole 2000 from me. I paid 2000 dollars for the job. Which is supposed to take 2 and half hours. They got done in 30 mins. All they did just vacuumed my car. batteries dead in both keyes and couldn't start amarda it was just fantastic after explaining my problem to Debbie Saxe, my sales consultant, out came a special helper who put in new batteries and all was it was just fantastic after explaining my problem to Debbie Saxe, my sales consultant, out came a special helper who put in new batteries and all was fixed...at my home ..came quickly...solved my problem and I was on my way... I was so thankful for such a great professional guy who answered all my questions too. really impressed with him. This is the third time that Debbie has given her all in helping me out....I feel very secure knowing that If I get stuck again, she will solve it...such a relaxing thought, In all my car transactions, I never had a salesperson take care of me like this before. That is why I tell everyone about how Debbie and Hill are number one with me and will be the same for them when they buy from Debbie at Hill. More
