I was able to get in and out quickly. The man who helped me kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle via the internet and that was greatly appreciated. The man who helped me kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle via the internet and that was greatly appreciated. More

The advisors/technicians are unethical. I brought my car in for service on 5/23 and paid $1400+ for maintenance which included a wheel alignment. A recall was never brought to my attention I brought my car in for service on 5/23 and paid $1400+ for maintenance which included a wheel alignment. A recall was never brought to my attention or resolved during that visit. Now my car is making a clunking sound, which was obviously caused by the technician. In the first week if July, I brought it back for repair of the current damage and after "running a diagnostic", I was given a hand-written list of parts that needed to be replaced, totaling $5600+ before tax. Isn't a diagnostic supposed to produce a print out of some sort? The labor was thousands, as well. If so many things are wrong and need replacement, why wasn't it brought to my attention less that 2 months prior?! All I wanted was for the dealership to have accountability and repair whatever damage was caused by their technician. I have been a patron at Hill Nissan for 9 years and have taken exceptional care of my vehicle, so I know the laundry list of supposed issue was exaggerated. Please do not contact me unless it is to repair the damage to my vehicle at your cost (which I doubt) since it was your technician that caused the damage in the first place. Otherwise, I will never return to this untrustworthy dealership again. More
