Made an appointment on September 2, 2023 for oil change and tire rotation. When we got the Rogue back 2+ hrs later, the front bumper was scratched. We informed it to Josh Barnett, Assistant Service Manager and tire rotation. When we got the Rogue back 2+ hrs later, the front bumper was scratched. Not please at all with the professionalism and the handling of my vehicle that I just purchased. I purchased a new 23 amada the head a leak brought the car in they brought me home. State it he could pick me up that Saturday to bring me get my truck. On those 2 days and was not able to get the Truck.neverwants again was offered any. Kind of transportation to get back And forth from work.so therefore I had to pay somebody to drive me a hour from my house to my job For 2 days today Monday the car was delivered dirty spots inside I think this is bad business if you pay that much for a truck It should have been checked out before I took it off the lot so that mean the inspection was not done prior to ? Also purchased. Lights that went into the door did At this point who's gonna compensate me for paying somebody to take me to work and also my car being no clean when brought back.
