Scheduled oil change, tire rotation and key fob recall at 10:30. Was told my $5 oil change and $10 rotation deal when I bought my car was no longer valid. Received no prior communication on the cancellation 10:30. Was told my $5 oil change and $10 rotation deal when I bought my car was no longer valid. Received no prior communication on the cancellation of this but tech gave it to me this time. Then had a salesman get to me as I was dropping off my car, then came in service waiting area with a quote after I already told him I was going to continue to drive my car and I liked having no car payment. Was not interested. After all that, I kept waiting and waiting and finally said something on how long it took and left at 12:45. Unacceptable service! More
