Went in 9:45 with an appt at 10am. Oil change and key fob recall. My car didn’t get seen until 12:30pm. Not one person mechanic or auto person checked on me. When I went to see what wa Oil change and key fob recall. My car didn’t get seen until 12:30pm. Not one person mechanic or auto person checked on me. When I went to see what was going on they realized my car was still parked. Then once they finished my car no one notified me , I only knew because I could see it being moved from shop into parking lot. I had to go ask for my keys and they didn’t even realize my car was done. I kept my cool because I was with my daughter but will not be back. More
