Charged me 217 for 1 tire …. . service advisor Mitch is very disrespectful . He had an attitude with me like as if why I’m mad is not justifiable . Pedro the mechanic was very rude. I was told my car was fixed and there was no issue with the transmission, it only needed calibration and reprogramming, I paid over $400 for the ser I was told my car was fixed and there was no issue with the transmission, it only needed calibration and reprogramming, I paid over $400 for the service that only took an hour to perform. I then drove the car and noticed the issue still remained. The mechanic then argued with me after driving the car and seeing there was still a problem. Even to the point of insulting me. I told the advisor I wanted to speak to the manager but she refused. I also asked to purchase a key for the wheel locks on my car but was denied and told they could only remove the wheel locks and replace with lug nuts. That was a lie I found out after the service. After the service was suppose to be complete I spoke with the parts department and was able to purchase the key which was $17 less than the lug nut replacement I was charged. My car is still there and I am afraid they will find a way to over charge me for the service my car actually needs. I wish I never took my vehicle to this location. More
