We took our car in because a plastic cover on the undercarriage was hanging down and scraping on the road. A lot of other service was suggested as urgent, so $760 dollars later we picked up the car. undercarriage was hanging down and scraping on the road. It was brought back into the bay, and when it came back out, we were told it was partially fixed because they didn't have all the correct bolts, and it would be finished when it came in for its next service. Ugh. More
