Had my car in for repair of brake rotors and replace a tire sensor, they ruined the rim taking off tire sensor so had to buy a new one. After brake rotors replaced the ABS brake light stayed on, more repa tire sensor, they ruined the rim taking off tire sensor so had to buy a new one. I understand these things happen, however they get a negative 4 stars on communication since they NEVER returned my calls for 9 DAYS! Every call not returned, I asked to have spare pu on so I could have it back, was told I would have car the next day. Next day, no call, day after that, no call, finally I called them only to be told they were still waiting for the rim. They did give a discount on labor but I was never told replacing the tire sensor could cause issues or I would have left it alone. Horrible communication not sure I would ever go back. More
