We have 14 service bays and our technicians are ASE Certified. Our Parts counter is located beside our cashier, inside our customer lounge. Scheduled oil change, tire rotation and key fob recall at 10:30. Was told my $5 oil change and $10 rotation deal when I bought my car was no longer valid. Then had a salesman get to me as I was dropping off my car, then came in service waiting area with a quote after I already told him I was going to continue to drive my car and I liked having no car payment. Was not interested. After all that, I kept waiting and waiting and finally said something on how long it took and left at 12:45. Unacceptable service! More
