Between my oil change and my tires the following week it was terrible service. My oil change was 26.00. We went to the desk to pay and I had a coupon for 10.00. Chris said he would honor that took the paper back to his desk and came back with a new bill that was 59.00 he said they forgot to put the oil on the bill. What who does that? So I said had I not mentioned to you about the coupon I would have paid 26.00. He said but they didn't put the full service on there and I corrected it. Again who does this. I spoke to the GM and he agreed and honored the 16.00. I would have been fine with that mistake except I came in on Friday (the following week) for tires and an alignment. He charged me for 120.00 for tire balance and labor that was not discussed with me and when I went to pay after being there for over 2 hours they forgot to do the alignment. Really... I came in for tires and an alignment only. Please look at my last tire receipt from 2019 I got tires and an alignment no crap charge for 120.00 for balancing. My quote was $627.51 for an alignment and four tires. (I have the quote if you want it) and I had a coupon for 75.00 off. I was expecting to pay $552.51. I had to wait another hour for them to put my car on the rack and do an alignment they neglected to do and still got charged that 120.00 I had no idea about and was certainly never asked. I spoke to Zac and he adjusted the alignment fee for the confusion. At the time I was ok because he was so nice but when I got home I felt cheated. Chris misinformed me two times. I expect to pay what I am quoted. No more no less. I've been coming to Nissan since 2015 and never had service like this before. 2 times within 1 week. My husband also bought his car from you as well. I paid 621.20. I would like a refund of $68.69. This would be the amount I was quoted with my 75.00 coupon. I feel this is not only fair due to this is what I was quoted but also my time and frustration of these 2 service mishaps should not be irrelevant. Let me know. Thank you, Tracy Poe. More
