About a year ago I had an aweful experience with this service department so when the air stopped working in my 2015 Rogue, I was less than excited to deal with them. When I called however I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to bring my vehicle in even though they were over capacity because it was too hot here to be without air. Once I dropped my vehicle off they put me into a rental vehicle with no questions asked and I was still able to make it on time to work! By 3pm I had a call confirmed they found the problem (a bad air compressor), confirmed covered under warranty, and could come get my vehicle! Check out was quick and smooth and everyone was much more friendlier this time around!! I'm not totally sold since I've had 1 bad and 1 good experience so I still wouldn't recommend them, but I will give them another chance come my next oil change need More
Horrible customer service, unprofessional I looked at the dealership inventory online and knew exactly what I wanted. We test drove a black Rogue and was concerned when it was first started because it had horrible knocking when first started. I had to ask the sales guy, Ken, three times if the had the blue Rogue I was looking for on the lot. He finally showed it to us but my husband decided that he wanted the black one. We went in to do the numbers and hopefully buy the Rogue. We were already prequalified through Capital One auto finance. Ken pushed hard for us to do the fiancing through Nissan because we would save $2000 off the purchase price of the Rogue. We finally allowed Ken to run the numbers and the estimated payments came back showing about a 24% interest rate! We already knew Capital One offered us a much lower interest rate. We decided to hold off and walk out the door and think it over and crunch numbers. The next day I spoke with Ken and finally decided we would let him run both financing options fully. Two hours later he called with the numbers that just didn't seem to add up and figure out to be the interest rates that he said we would get. We gain held off and talked it over during lunch and crunched numbers and talked with Captial one. I asked Ken to have the finance manager to call me and he said he would. After many hours I called and talked to Ken again and he said the finance manager was busy and he didn't know when he could call me. I waited until 5 pm and then called Hill Nissan again and asked to speak to the finance manager. I was transferred to the finance manager who quickly answered. His name was Gary but as soon as I said I was working with Ken he didn't listen to any questions I had but transferred me to Ken. Ken then answered the line after a few minutes on hold. I asked to talk to his manager because at this point I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously. I then was placed on hold for 10 minutes when finally the receptionist picked the phone and asked me if I was waiting to speak with someone. She then stated that Ken had walked away and had just left the phone ringing. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager. After a brief hold the phone was picked up and then I was hung up on. I called back still thinking it might have been a mistake and giving these people the benefit of the doubt. The receptionist didn't even answer this time. I ended the call once it went to voicemail. I called again this time blocking my number from caller ID because I was really starting to feel like the didn't want my business. I asked to be transferred to the sales manager an Will answered the phone. He was very short with me and interrupted me while talking. He had a bit of an attitude and was unprofessional. While still talking to him he hung up on me. This dealership is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever worked with. They were not courteous or even concerned about answering the questions we had. I won't ever come close to doing business at this dealership again and will make sure none of my friends or family do either. More

Turned my rotors! I called in to see if I could get a slight shimmy in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks checked. I talked to Wayne Brokaw and set an appointment for two days later. I arrived and waited for about an hour while the tech drove the car and inspected the rotors. I was told the pads looked fine and the rotors were thick enough to turn and they suspected that was the problem. They also suggested an alignment and tire balance. The tires were wearing normally and would need replacement within 10K so I passed on those suggestions. They gave me a ride home and about three hours later picked me up. They did what they said they would do. Well done! More
2 hour + oil change I attempted to call the day before I needed to bring my vehicle in for an oil change. After holding for 7 minutes and being told several times no appointment was needed and everyone in service was busy 2xs I disconnected the call and brought my vehicle in without an appointment. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:25am and returned at 10:40to be toldy vehicle was still not ready! So much for express and no appt needed!! The staff was not friendly or talkative when I dropped the vehicle off and could care less abouty frustration over a 2 1/2+ oil change time! Never will i return here More

I have known the owner (Tim Hill) since he was a teenager an Bought my third vehicle from Hill Nissan on August 15, 2014. Salesman was Bobby Ruis. I have known the owner (Tim Hill) since he was a teenager and have always found him to be a Gentleman, honest and fair in all dealings. I have nothing but praise for this dealership from the General Manager, August Dilia, to the Service Manager, Tony Laffin and all the staff in between. This latest purchase was a Nissan Rouge, fully loaded, and I just can't say enough good things about this vehicle. I am having a wonderful time driving this car and so far, with my lead foot, I've been averaging 29.7 mpg. The A/C cools this car down in no time, even when parked in the Florida sun. My friends can't get over the size of the moon roof. My salesman, Bobby Ruis, is a square shooter. Former pitcher for the Texas Rangers. Great guy to talk too and very helpful with customers in selecting the car of their choice. I would say to anyone in the market for a new or used car you owe it to yourself to visit this dealership. A co-worker of mine had talked up Hill quite a bit before I bought my new Pathfinder. I shopped around at some local Nissan dealers in Orlando and was not impressed. I got an incredible deal at Hill! Found the care i wanted quickly and the whole process on a busy Saturday didnt take all that long! Ask for Debby, she was my sales consultant and ROCKS! I felt comfortable with her, NOT PRESSURED and walked out with an incredible deal. The finance guy, Garry was super nice too! Took his time to explain everything to me and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff i didn't need. Every person I interacted with at Hill was so nice and friendly. World class all the way. Hi everyone my Name is Nancy, I bought a 2008 nissan altima at hill nissan 2 years ago and gave $4,000.00 down , when i bought the car they told me if I pay it on time for at least a year I was able to altima at hill nissan 2 years ago and gave $4,000.00 down , when i bought the car they told me if I pay it on time for at least a year I was able to go back and they would qualify me for a brand new car....so I did pay it on time actually the payments were withdrawn from my checking acct every month, I tried to trade in my car last year and they want it money down or if not they could give me a deal, so I was not able to get the car, soooo I tried again this year and I was also turned down cause they want it $2000.00 down again so I went to city kia and they want to make me a deal with $ 500.00 down but would not take the car as trade cause it was going to be a lost for them, so I went to universal hyundai and they also offer me a deal on a 2013 brand new hyundai elantra with no money down but did not take the car as an trade in so I asked the sale person why nobody wants to take my car and they are saying if they take the car as an trade in they are going to loose because my car was in an major accident and the air bag had deployed and gave me a copy of that info, I am so soooo upset with hill nissan because I found out the car was in an major accident with the previous owner and was never told anything from hill nissan so I called hill nissan explained to my sales person what was going on and to make me a deal on another car and take my car back in and they want me to give a down payment, so not only that they sell me a car that was previously in a major accident and air bags had deployed, never tell me anything and now they are giving me a hard time and don't even call me back I have to be calling and leaving messages and the sales manager told me he was going to work with me and call me back on tuesday here we are friday and have not heard a word from him I am so dissapointed, taking legal action wish me luck....
