We have 14 service bays and our technicians are ASE Certified. Our Parts counter is located beside our cashier, inside our customer lounge. The service dept at Hill really irritated me. I called about a recall, the person confirmed that they had the part and were ready, so I scheduled an appointment and made arrangements for someone to pick m about a recall, the person confirmed that they had the part and were ready, so I scheduled an appointment and made arrangements for someone to pick me up at the dealership. When I showed up for the appointment they didn't have the part. The guy said that they'd call me as soon as the part arrived. I waited patiently, and 2 months later had not yet received a call so I sent an email to the dealership to give them an opportunity to 1) apologize for not having the part and not calling and 2) offer a loaner car since it was their fault that I had to make a second appointment. The day after I sent my email I did receive a call to say that they had the part, but no apology, and I was told I could ride the shuttle if I wanted. This is a very small thing, but it irritates me even more because it would have been so easy for them to make it right. Since they didn't take the small, easy steps necessary to make it right it shows me that they don't care that much about my business. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere. More
