After calling and talking to someone in service I decided to stop by the dealership to find out how extensive the replacment of a small part would be. The key fobs for our car quit working and another dealer was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder. Hill Kelly was able to get them in 2 days instead of was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder.
