Last week I bought a 2019 Chrysler 300C from a dealership in GA. Turns out I needed an alignment after I discovered damage to a passenger tire after the vehicle was delivered. The GA dealership told me to take it to my local Chrysler dealership and they’d cover the charge. So that’s when I met David Del Regato, Service Advisor. I have dealt with my fair share of SA’s over the years and I can honestly say my interaction with David was very professional and efficient. He greeted me by name as I had scheduled an appt. but he verified my reason for coming in, explained what work would be done and an approx. timeframe along with providing the estimate of charges. He honored my military discount and then contacted the shuttle driver to give me a ride home while the work was done. I left with all my questions answered and really appreciated how quickly and professionally David made the entire process. Brian Chico was very detailed with my auto service experience. He broke the prices down so I could choose what to repair, and he put the most informant things first.
