I have been looking for a new/used auto for about 8 months now. I owned 2 suzukis and I hated the last one. I was looking online and found a used car on your lot, so I called and Mr Hartline took time out of his day to pick my family and I up from Bob Tyler (because my car was in the shop) as we were going down the line of cars he found one that fit our needs. Mr Hartline was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was very personable and professional. He worked hard to make sure we were happy. Most dealerships I have found out dont care. Overall, I remained even with fuel costs, but won on cost of ownership and not having to drive all the way to Mobile, AL for basic maintenance...I am the proud owner of an awesome, electric blue Jeep. Richard Hartline was instrumental in me closing this deal...he came highly recommended from a friend of mine I've known for over 7 years and it was definitely worth the hour drive (I live in FT Walton).
