I got there for splash shield clips missing from lower bumper area and trim not secured to passenger side. They finished everything up and charged me a measly $8 instead of trying to rip me off hundreds o bumper area and trim not secured to passenger side. Left messages for a call back, finally made contact and the quote was for a headlight replacement (over a $1000) I okayed it and was told I could pick it up the next day. They found it locally and had a driver on route to get it. 1 1/2 hour later they had to send another driver ax the first one was too busy. After a total of about 3-4 hours it was finished. 2 days later the trim around the tire where they had to remove the fender to replace the headlight was coming loose and I could not get it to stay. Back to the shop and it was determined that it would have to be replaced. It was a long process but I believe it is finished. More
