There have been multiple times where we went in for servic From a customer service perspective, especially in their service shop, this place is awful. There have been multiple times where we went in for service on our GMC vehicle, and they are very disorganized, unresponsive (especially over the phone), cannot keep to any promised times. If you wait, it takes hours, if you leave it, can take a whole day. The latest example was waiting 8+ hours for what was supposed to be a 3-4 hour job (that they up-sold me on), and when I called to address the issue, I was met with nothing but grief about how unappreciative I was being of everything they had done for me, and was told that I was incorrect in my understanding of the situation/what they said. Sorry, but right or wrong, I am still the customer, it'd be nice to be treated like one. Needless to say, I will never go back here. I had read good reviews, but it seems like they have gone down hill fast. Good Luck, if you're brave enough to bring your car in. More

From Roadside Assistance to Complete Repair in Four Hours! Flawless. There were a couple of cancellations so Andy Quinn called me back to say he could get me in same day. Diagnosed the problem to a faulty battery and replaced under warranty. Entire process from calling Roadside Assistance to jump dead battery --- to Andy replacing battery and having the Denali back - good-as-new -- about four hours. Delighted. More
