Hiley has been nothing but a disappointment. They might be great on sales, but when it comes to service afterwards, you are up the creek. If you find yourself in the waiting room for service there, be sure be great on sales, but when it comes to service afterwards, you are up the creek. If you find yourself in the waiting room for service there, be sure and check the entrance bay where vehicles are checked in. After one and a half hours, that is the allotted time for service for most cars, You will find your ride there, parked and running. They are lapse on telling customers it is ready, they just let it run. I won’t go into the long stories of getting the run around by “no action” Jerry, the manager. And Chris, the “service manager” won’t even return your phone calls. He just strolls around the showroom doing nothing whatsoever, getting paid for that. I will never, ever, set foot in Hiley’s Screw-ba-You again. I’m not the only unsatisfied customer, look at the reviews. You have been informed and you have been warned. More

I just purchased my fifth Subaru. The last three have been from Hiley. For sales, I recommend Michael Lamarr. He’s knowledgeable and patient. He always has time to answer my questions and if he doesn’t k been from Hiley. For sales, I recommend Michael Lamarr. He’s knowledgeable and patient. Horrible Service Department I just picked up my car after 6 days of waiting for a part that never came with no ETA for when the part will arrive. Service is difficult to schedule, and the advisers have tried to sell me 'service' I didn't need more than once. Both understaffed and understocked with cars, Hiley Subaru screams 'go somewhere else' to its customers. Happily, I brought my car Subaru to Five Star in Grapevine, and if I buy another Subaru, it'll be from them. For now, I'll drive the extra 35 miles up here for service instead of driving to Hiley, which is five minutes from my house. More
