Warranty work completed sat. Was told a higher price for work prior to pick up, but then Taylor ensured the appropriate warranty was applied and my cost was zero. Work completed on time, only downside, first time had to have warranty work performed under 50K miles, but the service was great and I like the new location. Car provided for warranty work was clean and it gave me an opportunity to test drive a newer Outback model. Would recommend Taking your Subaru here for service, love the video and the walk/talk that is Texted and emailed. The technician always sound professional. More

Hiley Subaru is most organized in the manner that treat their customers. I was impressed with the employees and one in particular, Taylor who provided continuous updates on my car repairs by text including their customers. I was impressed with the employees and one in particular, Taylor who provided continuous updates on my car repairs by text including list to be repaired/and cost. In addition, Subaru provided a video to view regarding the repairs on my bushing that had broken under the car near the struts. I had the choice of choosing which items I would like to repair. The video was awesome! The only thing I was disappointed was the fact they promised me a car wash but wasn't followed through. The inside was vacuumed but there was dust everywhere. I checked with whomever checked me out they reassured me that it was washed however it was not. I didn't have time to let them do it as I needed to get to the tire shop. The car was repaired actually before the due date which was nice. Lastly, Hiley provided me with Llyft to and from my house as I didn't have adequate transportation from my home since I live alone.That was awesome. I would highly recommend Hiley either for a new purchase or car repairs. They are fair and go beyond to make it a pleasant experience for their customers. Thank You Hiley! More
