He was able to find a better rate than my bank which typically provides me the best rates on loans. In addition, the paperwork and review of service options and add-ons wasn't the typical guilt trip or brow beat experience where they try to force you to buy them. Instead, I acknowledged the options and declined those I did not want/need. He simply moved on - no non-sense. This really sealed the deal for me as the best experience. I've purchased many new cars in my life and I really wish all dealerships operated like this.
