Great dealership and good people. Lori Kirwin was our sales person and she took the time to explain and show me the details of the vehicle to me. I bought a new car here in June. I wouldn’t shop here again. - They advertise huge discounts on their vehicles to get you in the door, but they throw on the typical nonsense deal I wouldn’t shop here again. - They advertise huge discounts on their vehicles to get you in the door, but they throw on the typical nonsense dealer markups once they sit you down (e.g. $495 for window tints, and so on). The salespeople I interacted with weren’t mean or pushy at all, but they’ll try to stick you with the overpriced add-ons — so make sure you have stamina, time and competing offers to negotiate. - I felt the way they laid out the prices for things was misleading. For example, the itemized price sheet for my purchase put the price they were charging me for tints below the total “selling price,” in the area where taxes and fees are spelled out. They also listed “wheel locks” as an additional benefit of their overpriced “protection package,” even though the manufacturer already installed wheel locks on the vehicle as a part of their own additions. - I saw minor but noticeable trunk damage on the vehicle a few hours I drove it off the lot — apparently intense heat causes the trunk lid panel to lift a bit on newer Elantras. I brought it to the dealer to fix; they replaced the lid and resealed it under warranty. I got it back, and the lid came undone again, the separation worse than before. I had to bring it back in for another repair. I walked around the dealer lot again and noticed other cars of the same year and model had a similar issue. They should fix these problems before selling them to customers. More
