A very easy going experience I purchased a 2016 Golf in June of 2016. I had narrowed down the type of vehicle I wanted, it was just a matter of finding out which one I liked best. I purchased a 2016 Golf in June of 2016. I had narrowed down the type of vehicle I wanted, it was just a matter of finding out which one I liked best. The Golf seemed to have everything figured out so was a straight forward decision. Working with Tairon was a pleasant experience. He is very easy going, not pushy. It was a great car buying experience. I purchased my 2016 VW Jetta in March of 2016. I was fortunate to have Mr. Tairon Payne as the Sales Consultant at Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville on t I purchased my 2016 VW Jetta in March of 2016. I was fortunate to have Mr. Tairon Payne as the Sales Consultant at Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville on that day. Mr. Tairon Payne is an excellent listener, customer service focused, very knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. Mr. Payne listened carefully to me when I was talking to him about the features that I wanted to have in my future car and the maximum monthly payment that I can afford. After a brief but thorough comparison between the 2016 VW Jetta, Golf, and Passat Mr. Payne directed me to the 2016 VW Jetta. He made a thorough comparison between the 2016 VW Jetta TSI, SE-TSI, and SEL-TSI. He directed me to the car that has all the features that I am looking for and at the same time meets my budget constraint. Mr. Payne scheduled me a test drive. During the test drive, he explained to me, in details, the mechanical and technological features of the 2016 VW Jetta and made sure that I know them all and know how to utilize them effectively. I am completely satisfied with the performance of my new 2016 VW Jetta and enjoy driving it. Many thanks to Mr. Tairon Payne for his help and assistance.
