When we finally did decide to purchase from Hiley, David went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Love my new Audi I visited Audi of Huntsville to start the process of buying a new car. I mostly knew the model I was looking for and the options/color/etc. Unfortun I visited Audi of Huntsville to start the process of buying a new car. Then he worked with the GM to get my car ordered - exactly as I wanted it. Joel kept me informed during the wait for the delivery, then had everything ready to go when the time came for the final paperwork. Tairon was so thorough and covered all my questions, provided me a fair quote, and made the entire experience remarkably easy that I decided to purchase the car later that day. Blake was instrumental in making the entire experience easy and efficient. In my 50+ years, I have never been able to come to a new car dealership and buy a new car in under an hour....This was the first time! Blake was very engaging and made the process painless. Nice Experience Initially went in to look at/purchase a VW cc, but the new 2015 Audi A3's had just came in. I currently own a 2009 Audi A4 (purchased from Hiley) and Initially went in to look at/purchase a VW cc, but the new 2015 Audi A3's had just came in. I currently own a 2009 Audi A4 (purchased from Hiley) and its been a great car. Ernie let me try out both the VW cc and the Audi A3 without having to switch salespersons, that was nice. I ended up getting a 2015 A3. Working with Ernie was a pleasant experience. The dealership was up front with a fair offer for my trade-in and cash discount on the new A3. The finance/paperwork experience was very professional and pleasant. Good experience all around. More

We came in to check out a few Audi and Volkswagen options while starting our new car search. We found both Courtney and Joel to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We never felt the dreaded "sales pressure" and we had plenty of time to ask questions and get comfortable with the answers. After a thorough internet search on pricing and deals for the Pasaat SEL that we were interested in, we came to the conclusion that the Hiley deal was the best anywhere near. The final purchase and financing with Blake was also painless and reasonably quick. We'd recommend Hiley to friends. More
