Great Used Car - Even Better Sales Experience We called Hiley on a Saturday about 5:30 about a used car we had just seen on their website. Charlie helped us through the entire transaction, then took care of the extra details like interior cleaning and even gas! Oh - and did I mention the dealership closes at 6:00 on Saturdays? Charlie stayed right with us - way past closing time. He was helpful, knowledgeable (showed us how to use several features) and very professional. We highly recommend him! More

I asked for the salesman to look for a Dark Grey Metallic GTI with a 6-speed, and my preferences were not even considered or mentioned again. When it came time to pick up the vehicle that met a few of my requirements, I was told that the vehicle had been delivered directly from the factory. However, when I went to inspect the vehicle it had 21 miles on the odometer. No vehicle arrives from the factory with 21 miles on the odometer, which leads me to believe that a few of the salesmen had some fun with my car before informing me that it had arrived. The owner's manual details a very specific engine break-in process to ensure that the engine seals and gaskets seat properly. I asked the salesman very specifically if this vehicle required a special break-in process and was told about no such thing. When it came time to sign the paperwork I noticed that the price that we had agreed on when I put down a deposit was not the price that they were going to charge me for the GTI they had found after losing the first one. I had to provide them with a copy of the quote for the vehicle that their sales manager signed! Even after producing this copy, they had to "call the owner" to get approval for the price that they agreed upon! During the sales process I was informed that the first two major maintenance packages were covered with the purchase of the car, but when I arrived for my first maintenance the technician informed me that only the first maintenance package was covered with the purchase of the vehicle. Overall, the sales process was incredibly shady and underhanded and I will not be providing any more business to this dealership. More

Salesman Keith Robinett spent a good bit of time working with me to get the deal to go through with my two trade-in vehicles. While I was disappointed that I did not get the trade-in value I had hoped for, I am pleased with the vehicle I have now. If I had a complaint it would be the overall back-and-forth "Kabuki" dance with the sales manager that seems a staple with car dealerships over the years. I would think we would be past that in 2015. I do not blame Mr. Robinett for this as he worked hard and was willing to do what it takes via the test drive, checkout, features, etc. I have not had any experience with the service department. Also, the only choices in the "Brand Purchased" box are Audi and Volkswagen so I selected the latter just to get this review to go through. More
