Buyer beware. Bought new 17 Tacoma. Window rattled from day one. In Hiland shop over 6 times in the past 13 months. There was no fix from Hiland. Hiland Toyota Bought new 17 Tacoma. Hiland General manager asked me to promise him I wouldn't show up with a gun. Who talks that way to customers. Smart Toyota fixed my window the very first time. Smart Toyota treated me with the utmost respect. Thanks to all from smart Toyota that helped me. More

I came to get heater fixed and Joe the service man told me I just need to turn the button on high and not touch auto or sync! Joe is NOT a repair man! My car didnt get cked second time and Joe asked if I felt comfortable backing out! I was so mad that they didnt xx it I backed out and hit the post in the garage! Talked to service manager! Wouldn't xx further if did more detail would cost! I just bought the car in March or April and a warranty and extended warranty but service man didnt feel it warranted that! So I called Smart Toyota to get appt! My heat was on for a half hour and not even warm! They cked and I have heat at 74 or 76 now!! I bought 3 Rav 4s from Highland and respect should come with the service! Joe is a service person and should have put it in for repair!! Its ok! Because I am going American made! Also to a dealer that wants my business and return business! Which u will no longer get because of your service person and service manager! I referred people to u and have called and told people to go to Smart or buy a Fird or Chevy!! More

Hiland=SCAM When Hiland was located near Southpark mall, I had several bad experiences with this company and allowed them the chance to correct it because of the When Hiland was located near Southpark mall, I had several bad experiences with this company and allowed them the chance to correct it because of the convenient location. Eventually, I took my business elsewhere because of the questionable service at Hiland. Only because of an online deal, did I give Hiland another final chance. My Sienna went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed to replace my driver's side running light bulb. I agreed. Then I was told it was not the bulb afterall, but something in the wiring that would require a $50 diagnostic. I refused that and left. The Sienna was looked at it by another independent mechanic. Within minutes of looking under my hood, they noticed a fuse was missing. That fuse was replaced and instantly the bulb works! This just verified to the mechanic and myself how Hiland does "business". Hiland has COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST AND LOYALTY as a customer. More
I went to this dealership because my sister and brother-in-law had just purchased a NEW vehicle and were happy with their purchase. Apparently if you're not buying a NEW vehicle from them, then th brother-in-law had just purchased a NEW vehicle and were happy with their purchase. Apparently if you're not buying a NEW vehicle from them, then they don't care about your satisfaction. I ended up buying a used minivan (2005) in March. About a month ago I noticed the passenger side sliding door was not unlocking automatically and called to see if the extended warranty would cover having it looked at/fixed. I was told to bring it in. I brought it in and dealt with a very tired, disinterested looking man named Josh. After several times of telling him what I was there for he wrote up the ticket and sat us out in the waiting room for over an hour before finally telling me to bring it back several days later for repair and that it was COVERED by the warranty I had purchased. I came back on the day he scheduled me and he was not there-I had to deal with another again, disinterested young man who also didn't seem to know they should be expecting my car that day. Again, have to tell him what it's being dropped off for. They give me a nice loaner car but then two days later I have a message on home answering machine that door is not covered by warranty. This came on a Friday night. I called back on Saturday to question this and again, don't get the same person to talk to and speak to a Lucas who tells me he will find out what's going on and have the Service Manger call me. No one calls me on Monday so I call the guy who sold me the van (John Augustine) and he is less than helpful since apparently I called him on his day off. Finally, I am called by the Service Manager whose name escapes me at this moment but he was the rudest one of all. He said the van was not covered and he wanted the loaner car back that night. I said I can't bring it back tonight is tomorrow ok and he muttered something about this being find and hung up on me!!! Is this good customer service? I don't think so! I would not recommend this shady outfit to ANYONE!!! I know ALOT of people in my town and will make sure I spread the word. Oh and thanks for returning my vehicle with an empty tank of gas that went in with 3/4 of a tank!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
