Buyer beware. Bought new 17 Tacoma. Window rattled from day one. In Hiland shop over 6 times in the past 13 months. There was no fix from Hiland. Hiland Toyota Bought new 17 Tacoma. Hiland General manager asked me to promise him I wouldn't show up with a gun. Who talks that way to customers. Smart Toyota fixed my window the very first time. I came to get heater fixed and Joe the service man told me I just need to turn the button on high and not touch auto or sync! Joe is NOT a repair man! My car didnt get cked second time and Joe asked if I felt comfortable backing out! I was so mad that they didnt xx it I backed out and hit the post in the garage! Talked to service manager! Wouldn't xx further if did more detail would cost! I just bought the car in March or April and a warranty and extended warranty but service man didnt feel it warranted that! So I called Smart Toyota to get appt! My heat was on for a half hour and not even warm! They cked and I have heat at 74 or 76 now!! I bought 3 Rav 4s from Highland and respect should come with the service! Joe is a service person and should have put it in for repair!! Its ok! Because I am going American made! Also to a dealer that wants my business and return business! Which u will no longer get because of your service person and service manager! I referred people to u and have called and told people to go to Smart or buy a Fird or Chevy!! More

Commissions over Customers! Dealership cares more about their commissions than their customers. Buyers beware! Once they have your money, they lose your name and number! High pressure sales in order to close a deal fast in the middle of the week. After ONE day of driving, finding that the ergonomics of the car caused back and neck pain due to osteoarthritis/osteoporosis. Sent email and left 3 voice mail messages for Finance Manager and General Manager. Called the Salesman who said too bad, and wondered what I was going to do now and offered no solution or options. He advised Finance manager would not be in until 11 am. By 12:30 pm I still had not been contacted by anyone from the dealership. Called again, asked if GM was in and told he was out for the day. Then why put me through to his voice mail? Finally put me through to Finance manager who said to come in next morning. Went in later that day, found out GM would not be in until middle of following week! Ultimate response, you drove it off the lot, it is your car! We are not in the business of returning cars! Sorry your hurting but that is your problem! Well, the dealership down the road took care of me and my credit union, insurance agency, coworkers, family, and friends all are aware of the circumstances. And so will many others! More

Buyer Beware I purchased a used Toyota Tacoma which this dealership put a new frame under.In 3 weeks time ball joints need replaced as well as a wheel bearing.The I purchased a used Toyota Tacoma which this dealership put a new frame under.In 3 weeks time ball joints need replaced as well as a wheel bearing.The roof of the truck has rust which they tried to hide with black car polish the bill for repaint of the roof is $1800.00.They should be ashamed of themselves for selling vehicles like this.Never ever buy anything from them they will definitely screw you.
