STAY AWAY from this dealership! I contacted the dealership via email, in good faith, and in hope that I would get the information I needed. I got an email from William Long asking me what questions I had. I proceed to submit the questions and hope that everything would be answered to. I explicitly stated that I wanted all the information since I live far away. William comes back and wants my phone number. I inform him that I cannot talk at that time, but that I would call ONLY once I reviewed the information that I requested. William messages back, and tells me to call him when I wanna talk. I do not think that this is a comprehension issue, I think that this is a classic scam tactic that shady dealerships use. There is ZERO reason why a dealership would not share basic information such as a service record, information about fees, negotiability of the price and what loan options they honor. Further, if a dealership is unwilling to send you an invoice of the total price of the vehicle, just avoid it, because they most likely have hidden fees that you cannot remove. STAY AWAY, find a reputable dealership that cares about customers and is transparent throughout the entire process. More

Had a very bad post purchase experience with the preowned vehicle that i purchased in Jan 2022 (6 months back from writing this review). i Complaint about the engine light on problem within few days of purch vehicle that i purchased in Jan 2022 (6 months back from writing this review). i Complaint about the engine light on problem within few days of purchase. Sales team told me to connect services team, response received was not satisfactory.. was told that staff is not available and you can show your vehicle anywhere else.. I trusted toyota sales for a quality preowned vehicle that will not have any issues, having spent significant amount in times of high price of preowned vehicles. I have to spent additional 600$ to fix issues and more issues keep coming up. It was not expected of you Hiland toyota. More
