When I purchased my vehicle from Highline Car Connections, the owner, Lou, promised me that my vehicle would have free oil changes for the life of the When I purchased my vehicle from Highline Car Connections, the owner, Lou, promised me that my vehicle would have free oil changes for the life of the car. I called today (04/17/14), and was told they no longer offer this deal. I spoke with Mike today (4/17/14) and he was very rude and offered no apologies. He hung up on and me and when I called back to talk to Lou he threatened the police on me. I told Mike I would show up in person and ask for Lou and he said I wasn't allowed on the property and actually sent the police to my house. This place is nothing but a rip off and everyone working there loves to lie and offer false promises until you buy the car. Once you buy your car they treat you with the worst level of customer service I have ever endured. Please be warned this place is Horrible and they have pages of complaints on the better business bureau with a bad rating! More
