In fact, when we were getting the rate on the loan, the guys let me know it came back even lower than what they originally quoted me. I was a little leery about the facility but the cars were great, checked out by my mechanic in excellent condition, and would recommend Highline to my friends without hesitation. "Huge Disappointment and won't use again" 2014 BMW 435i : First contact was Moe who told me the 435i was mint then Casey who seemed to be a first class guy and a pleasure to work with. All wen 2014 BMW 435i : First contact was Moe who told me the 435i was mint then Casey who seemed to be a first class guy and a pleasure to work with. All went well but it was the day b/f New Years and the price included shipping so the deal was fair to me for a shipment and delivery to Florida by the 7th or 8th of January. Now is when the deal started going downhill. It took a week for the hauler to get to and to load the car at Highline and it was the last car of 9 cars. I never got a "tracking number" as Casey promised but did find a number for the drive David (nice guy). Weather was not ever a factor but somewhere in Tennessee the truck broke down. My 45k car along with the other cars were stranded. Davis finally got a truck stop to fix his truck but that took another week and then all the cars were basically held for ransom until the bill was paid. Then it was two days later and I finally get my car without any help from Casey who "flew the coup" but promised to pay for my rental car and taking my wife out to dinner b/c he siad he should have done more. The "mint" condition 435i as Moe called it had a wheel with curb rash and the same door ding Casey claimed his guy could not fix (David pointed all this out to me while unloading) I got the wheel and ding fixed right away for 160.00. The rental car and dinner Casey promised to pay for was about 250.00. I still have his e-mail stating he would pay for the rental and dinner. This guy "bailed" on me when the going got tough and it was me who offered to pay the truck repair bill just to get my car.....NOT Casey. I don't think I have ever written a bad review about anyone but this guy deserves this one. He is not a man of his word and really had me fooled! More

We had a little issue with financing and I ended up paying cash, but they worked with me. I was able to take the car, fill the paperwork and come back the next day with my checkbook. They were pretty confident that the car was in great shape and they were right. I could have returned the car with no hassle before paying, but I'm glad there were no issues. Pricing was also better than anyone else in the Chicagoland area. More
