Way better than expected. Being from Michigan and going to Chicago to buy a used car I was very apprehensive. Bekim turned out to be a very nice young man and super friendly. He knew the car I was looking for and was quick to show me. We went for a short test drive and I knew I had to have that car. My wife and I quickly became at home with Bekim and the rest of the experience went very well. Bekim told us that he had a six year old girl and we have a six year old grandson. Maybe we can get together for a boat ride this summer. Ask for Bekim you won't be dissappointed. More
