The entire process was very simple and straightforward. I contacted High Line about a used car and Alex was able to get me in that same day. When my wife and I arrived, the car was waiting for us in the parking lot (freshly cleaned and waxed, it appeared) and ready for us to test. Alex gave us all the time we needed to test drive and talk it over, and it didn't take long. The price was very competitive compared with similar listings, so it was a no-brainer for us. I especially appreciated the fact that Alex (and Moe B, the finance guy) didn't try to up-sell us on other products and services. Alex let us know what else was available and let us talk it over, but that was it; no pushy sales tactics. This was very refreshing and for once I left an auto dealership not feeling stressed about anything. The whole operation at High Line seems very professional and on the ball.
