My daughter was looking to buy her first car. She had went into the dealership a few days earlier, and found a car and met Rhonda. My wife and I were looking for a used MINI Cooper S Convertable and with a lot of searching we found one on line at the Hickory Used Car Superstore. I called the store and was fortune it enough to get Convertable and with a lot of searching we found one on line at the Hickory Used Car Superstore. I called the store and was fortune it enough to get Lance Spencer as a sales consultant. I explained to him that we were interested in the MINI but we lived in Erie Pa a 9 hour drive away from the store. Lance called me back and accuratly described the vehicle including any scratches and dents since the car was a 2005. After much discussion with my wife, we drove to Hickory to see. As we approached the dealership, I told her that if we did not get the "WOW" factor we would drive home and call it a long weekend. "WOW" ! The car was better than Lance described and the dealership was exceptional with making the trip worth while. Since neither my wife or I had ever been in a MINI before, it was a risk to drive that far but after two weeks we have not been disappointed. Anyone who has seen or driven the car agree it was a great deal. I have to thank Lance and the Hickory Used Car Superstore for being so honest that I felt comfortable enought to make the trip.
