I can't help but believe their are far more angry dissatisfied customers of these predators than there could ever be happy satisfied ones. Buyer Beware . Any dealership that has such high pressure sales tactics should give you reason to pause and ask yourself would a dealership with a history of making customers happy and satisfied with their purchase have to use such high pressure sales tactics ? Common Sense should tell you No they wouldn't because word of mouth is a powerful tool when it comes to business. Especially a business like used car sales. You can't even visit their website without pop ups constantly asking for your name phone number and email address before you can even look at their inventory. It's ridiculous how even their website uses high pressure sales tactics. Do yourself a favor and pay close attention to detail when it comes to dealing with this used car dealership. If you look at their inventory and then take the time to Google the models they have your likely to discover that the majority of the vehicles in their inventory are well known for having some specific problems that cause reliability issues. I bought a Dodge Dart from hibdon auto in Oct 2018 from day one I had issues car would keep popping out of gear, I took in they said it was a bad turbo, so the fixed it and told me I needed a service updat day one I had issues car would keep popping out of gear, I took in they said it was a bad turbo, so the fixed it and told me I needed a service update for transmission, long story short, this didn’t work car got worse, took in Oct 2019 and after seven months they still have not fixed my car and will not replace it, Sidon In service department have been very kind to me be they continue to give me the run around all the while I still have to make payments on nothing. Wrong tires- terrible customer service! Will NEVER buy a car here EVER or suggest them to any family or friends. Bought a car, paid in cash, AWD vehicle that seemed wonderful. Took it in to my regular tire shop to get the tires checked and was told I was sold an AWD car with mismatch tires which can cause HUGE problems down the line. Contacted the service manager Steve who seemed happy to help. After a few emails he has dropped off the face of the planet. When I persisted his offer was for me to purchase tires through Hibdon at cost...which is double the estimate I got from my local tire shop. Not only did they sell me a car with wrong tires now their solution is for me to give them MORE of my money and over pay for a set of tires? They should be replacing the entire set at no cost. I suggested we split the cost....seemed like a good compromise. They refuse. Worst experience ever! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.... More

Wonderful people! I didn’t think due to my poor credit I’d be driving away with a new car but I did! I traded in my old car and got more then what I thought I would for I didn’t think due to my poor credit I’d be driving away with a new car but I did! I traded in my old car and got more then what I thought I would for it! My salesman was Larry and he was so kind! He knew I had never bought a car before and took care of me. Larry was patient helped calm my nerves and treated me the way he’d probably treat a granddaughter. We made the drive from Redding to Orland and it was definitely worth it.
