I went to this dealership to look at an Audi Q7 3.6 they had on the lot but changed my mind when I saw and test drove a Mercedes-Benz R350 and that began my fantastic experience! I had the pleasure of working with Nick Pennick he was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, accommodating and treated me with respect. I traded in a Land Rover LR3 SE, that had been well maintained and got a good price for it. They do have a no-haggle pricing system. Very pleasant and comfortable facility, the other sales associates, appraisers and customer service business staff enhanced the pleasant experience. Kudos to Hi-Line Garage and kudos to Nick for really going out of their way to help me have a good car buying experience. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will definitely go back to Hi-Line Garage and hope I can send more customers to Nick. So, I drove off the lot loving my new car. I purchased a 2010 Lexus RX350. I LOVE IT!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. The staff is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to get you the best deal. After an extensive search for what we wanted, my wife and I drove our BMW 325I from Leesburg, VA to Hi-Line Garage in Charlotte, NC. We ended up purchasing a 2008 BMW M5 along with trading the 3 series. Th I drove our BMW 325I from Leesburg, VA to Hi-Line Garage in Charlotte, NC. We ended up purchasing a 2008 BMW M5 along with trading the 3 series. The price on the M5 was fantastic, however, they fell way short on the trade in value for the 325I. As well, the M5 to our surprise, had a Non Heads up display aftermarket windshield that had been installed. This caused a double image in the heads up display. Hi-Line Garage would NOT make this good and denied they had installed it or that they noticed anything in the display. They even suggested that we drive the six hours down there so they could look at it...(not likely). It ended up costing us over $1000 to replace the windshield. With their non-interest in supporting their customers, or stand behind the vehicles after they slam dunk you into a vehicle, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't blame Phillip Kirkpatrick, he was great as a sales person and probably should be at a BMW dealership. He definetley has the knowledge and skills required. It's the Management team there who is missing the boat on customer service. Peter and Laura More

They were so easy to work with, they are upfront, and honest, and do not come up with any hidden fees. They are not pushy, they are very kind and give you plenty of time to make up your mind. I got the car of my "DREAMS" and they made it affordable!!! A C300 White Mercedes 4Matic. They should change their name to something to reflect their upscale dealership... for ex: HI-LINE AUTO SALES - instead of garage, because this dealer is definiately high class. More
Just bought my second car from them, my first car was BMW 135 convertible, I traded it in for BMW 328 convertible, both cars were in great shape and for a great price, although i did my homework, I could not 135 convertible, I traded it in for BMW 328 convertible, both cars were in great shape and for a great price, although i did my homework, I could not beat their price. I will certainly let everyone I know, and whomever ask, that L drove 2 /1/2 hours from Augusta, GA to Charlotte because the price and look of the vehicle was to good to pass up. I had been researching BMWs & went to Hi-Line based on a recommendation from a friend. Phil asked a few questions then suggested several cars for us. I told him I had yet to drive one and he was quic on a recommendation from a friend. Phil asked a few questions then suggested several cars for us. I told him I had yet to drive one and he was quick to get me behind the wheel of a 535i, warning me I would be spoiled once I did. He was right & we struck a deal as they were closing for the day. We did not feel rushed or pressured in the least. The next day, an unpredictable problem with the engine occured. I took the vehicle back to Hi-Line and was informed a bearing had failed in one of the turbo chargers & not to worry that they would take care of it. They included a warranty with the vehicle and replaced both turbo chargers instead of just the bearing all at no cost to me! I was provided the paperwork detailing the repairs performed at the local BMW dealership. The only complaint I had was that I was not being kept informed about the repair in a timely manner. In hindsight, I should not have worried as they took care of everything and even offered to bring me a loaner car to drive while mine was in the repair shop for appx 1 week. It was one of those freaky things no one could have predicted would happen, but unfortunately it did, but fortunately Hi-Line took care of me. More
