From the minute we walked in looking at the new GMC Terrain and Cadillac SRX SUV, we were treated like family. He is an intelligent, capable and charming young man that treated us fairly and put us at ease, never being pushy or overbearing. He never pushed one vehicle over the other. He delighted in telling us what each vehicle was capable of. He worked with us on bringing the numbers down to a reasonable expectation we could afford, we never played the dreaded "back and forth numbers game" or kept us in the office for hours, instead he called us with the numbers and once we got to an affordable level, we made the deal and he had that SUV detailed and ready for us later that day. He showed us all the features of OnStar, X radio, even helped me on integrating my cell phone with the car's systems, he advised me to get familiar with the manual and the accompanying little one which he likened to Cliff Notes. This guy is just nice all around, you cannot help but like him! He knows his stuff and treats you fair and square. Darryl in Finance does not push any of the extras on you, he was a pleasure to work with. The Manager, Mike, was very gracious and introduced himself and worked with us on making us happy. None of the old games of yesteryear were played at this dealership. These folks are like family, they want to sell you a car and keep you happy and make you part of the GM/Buick/Cadillac family. I am glad I am part of their family now! In the past, I have bought new, Jeep Cherokee, Nissan Murano, Volkswagon Bug, Chrysler New Yorker, Buick LeSabre and Ford Taurus...none, none compare in service, attitude, or salesmanship to these folks.
