Service second to none I took my 2005 Escalade ESV for service because the instrumentation board was not working and I had 2 service lights flashing: one to service the airb I took my 2005 Escalade ESV for service because the instrumentation board was not working and I had 2 service lights flashing: one to service the airbag and the other to service the ride control. You would not think that a car which is in this price range would exhibit such problems but it did. The service manager did an outstanding job in defining the problems and in managing the relationship with Cadillac. Excellent service manager and excellent service. More

Heyward Allen was the only location were we werent pressured to make a same day purchase. You can tell they really wanted us to feel comfortable. Cassie was extremely patient and friendly. We must have test drove three or four cars during our visit! As a woman, I was so happy to work with a sales rep who could really understand my need for a safe reliable car. If you want to shop local, without all the usual pressure and stress, this is place to go! Will be buying from Cassie and recommending to all the new mommys I know! More

We just bought a new CTS on a Friday afternoon and everyone stayed there long past closing time so we could complete the purchase and take our car home with us.
