Would never buy a car from these guys again. They are a bunch of crooks. Wife bought a used Acura MDX from them, has only had it 5 months and the keyless entry controller went out and was causin They are a bunch of crooks. Wife bought a used Acura MDX from them, has only had it 5 months and the keyless entry controller went out and was causing the battery to drain, alarm to come on randomly, etc. Due to them not doing a software update, when the car prompted them to. And they told my wife we only fully inspect our brand products, not the others. When my wife asked what they were going to do to fix the issue, as the part is on national back order per Acura in Athens. And the service department at Acura said if they had done the update before this happened, it wouldn’t have happened. She found a Ford Explorer limited on their lot she liked and was trying to get them to do a straight trade no money down, basically transfer everything from the Acura to the Ford, and the manager told her they could do it but she would have to put 5k down and have rollover from the Acura. DON’T BLOODY THINK SO! This is their fault. More

In today's environment with vehicles difficult to find we resorted to an inventory search online of vehicles in stock. There were very few, We found one with all of our "must haves" at Heyward Allen, which resorted to an inventory search online of vehicles in stock. There were very few, We found one with all of our "must haves" at Heyward Allen, which was 4.5 hours from us. I called to check and see if the vehicle was still available Spoke to Eric, who was very helpful and said it was indeed in stock. He put us in touch with Larry Paul, our sales consultant, who told us how to put a deposit on the vehicle and said he would have everything ready for us to pick it up the following day.. I called at the end of the day, but by the time we drove to Athens, GA from East TN the next day, everything was ready for us. Larry Paul answered all of our questions and gave us a through vehicle orientation. Sean made the contract and financial process quick and painless. This morning I received a follow up call from John, sales manager to make sure we had been well cared for and he let us know he was there if we had any problems. A very positive experience. More

I bought a truck at this location not the best a experience, went back 2 werks later transmission problem . Didn’t get a help from the dealership.
