In today's environment with vehicles difficult to find we resorted to an inventory search online of vehicles in stock. There were very few, We found one with all of our "must haves" at Heyward Allen, which resorted to an inventory search online of vehicles in stock. I called to check and see if the vehicle was still available Spoke to Eric, who was very helpful and said it was indeed in stock. He put us in touch with Larry Paul, our sales consultant, who told us how to put a deposit on the vehicle and said he would have everything ready for us to pick it up the following day.. I called at the end of the day, but by the time we drove to Athens, GA from East TN the next day, everything was ready for us. Larry Paul answered all of our questions and gave us a through vehicle orientation. Sean made the contract and financial process quick and painless. This morning I received a follow up call from John, sales manager to make sure we had been well cared for and he let us know he was there if we had any problems. A very positive experience. More
