Terrible service department, I dropped my truck off with an extended warrenty, they made me call the warrenty because the service writer said he can’t stay on hold for 10 minutes even though that’s his job, an extended warrenty, they made me call the warrenty because the service writer said he can’t stay on hold for 10 minutes even though that’s his job, they told me 3 different prices, gave me the run around, then demanded I picked it up As soon as service was completed, lied to me about when the service was completed and said I would have to pay storage fees. So again I had to call the warrenty program because they wouldn’t do it but had no problem charging me over 1600 for a ac condenser. And when I asked for a breakdown of the bill they handed it to Me and walked away. Very poor and unprofessional service department. More

what occurs to you, when dealers want to sell you a new car Since I answered "Not now" when their commercial was trying to sell me a new Chevy, my current car (maintained by them) has issue after issue!
