I bought a used car. Between car and warranty, spent about $37,000. I had to ask for them to clean the middle compartments because they were dirty. When I got home I noticed that the brakes squeaked every time I lifted my foot off the brakes, and car rocks/jolts forward at stop lights/signs. As soon as I gave them my money they went from being super friendly to being downright rude. More

We had our vehicle at Hesser Toyota in Janesville for a repair. They diagnosed the vehicle and told us it would cost $1,600 to repair. They replaced the part they told us would fix it, and it did not fix repair. They diagnosed the vehicle and told us it would cost $1,600 to repair. They then told us we had to pay the $1,600 even though the vehicle was not repaired and refused to even work with us on the repair cost. Very disappointed in this dealership and would never recommend their service department. More

Bought a prius last month, was supposed to have all weather mats, one was missing. Contracted sales manager several times, and he ignored me completely.
