I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room at Herzog-Meier while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. I switched over to Herzog Meier VW from Armstrong VW after talking to Kyle. Kyle has been fantastic to work with. The level of customer service is on a whole different level here and the technicians see after talking to Kyle. Kyle has been fantastic to work with. In a difficult situation regarding financing, the dealership was inept and rude. They made a mistake in releasing a car without securing financing after 5 days with deposit funds and full credit inf dealership was inept and rude. They made a mistake in releasing a car without securing financing after 5 days with deposit funds and full credit information, then demanded the care be returned. Not for misinformation or new information--but on their own error. Worse than that was the rude and despicable way the finance dept handled the situation. It's hard to believe any business can stay in business treating people so awfully, and so unnecessarily rude. More
