My first contact with Pat Covert was via phone to inquire about a new 2011 Jetta TDI. From the very first call, Pat was polite, knowledgeable and patient to answer all of my questions. He kept in touch with me over the course of about 5 weeks, guiding me through the options between the Jetta and a CC, but never gave me the feeling he was pushing a sale. By the time I was ready to make the nearly 2 hour drive to the show room to select a car, I felt I could trust Pat in guiding me through our first ever brand new car purchase. He showed me the differences between the two models and which car might best fit our needs. It was very evident he had been listening to me through this process and was sincerely interested in helping me select the car that would match our needs & values. As it turned out, the car I chose happened to be slightly used but just what I was looking for, saving us several thousand dollars over the newest model. More

This was out third volvo purchased form Herzog Meier and this was by far the best experience. I was replacing a car that was totaled in an accident so I knew exactly what I wanted.
