From the initial meeting until I drove the car off the lot, everyone was professional, honest (I believe) and very patient with me (it took over two weeks for me to make a final decision). Pat was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars we discussed and he never made me feel silly or stupid, with regards to the questions I would ask. When I am ready to buy another car, I will definitely consider HM for future purchases. More
