I purchased my 2012 Volvo S60 T6 from Herzog via the OSD program in 2011. They service person I always end up working with is Doug Smith and I can tell you that I have never had a better experience with any company (car or otherwise) because of Doug. He is intelligent, knows exactly what I am saying and asking for. He is very quick to respond by email, always keeps me posted on the status and I can tell he works extremely hard to keep all of his customers satisfied and I can tell you I am beyond satisfied! I called the dealership because my mirror fell off. I needed it glued back on. I didn't want to purchase a brand new one because the glass was still good. I called and talked to Doug (I don't see his nam needed it glued back on. I didn't want to purchase a brand new one because the glass was still good. I got down there and he used an adhesive to re-attach it after taking my car through the car wash. Best of all... he didn't charge me a penny. He was very quick and friendly. Each time he has demonstrated the kind of interest, respect, courtesy, and professional knowledge that invites customers to service on my 2000 S80. Probably most of the time nobody thinks the price of Volvo repairs are "great", but I think the charges Doug made are reasonable, (on my first visit - installation of a climate control module I would have rated it "great".)
