Had the most amazing experience here! I just want to thank the whole team that helped me drive away in my new car! Ben, William, and Jeffrey… you three made it so easy to work with my budget and get everything taken care of for me. Ben was the salesman that helped from the inquiry all the way until I drove away with my car! He went above and beyond and wasn’t pushy like regular salesman can be on the lot. He made my whole experience very comfortable, as if we were just family friends looking at a car. All of their personalities were just friendly, down to earth, and kind. If I could recommend a place to buy a car, it would be here!! Even if you just want to browse, this is the place to go! I love my SUV. Thank again guys ❤️ More

Our experience with the salesman Denny was wonderful, he was transparent and honest. When we were then handed off to the finance gentlemen Cory where we were rushed and realized he only showed us options that included the maintenance plan, GAP and extended warranty. These were different from what Denny showed us and from what was discussed. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and wasn't aware of what to expect and what fine print I should have read. I left the building realizing I signed for a vehicle with 4k more than I discussed with denny. I feel like I was taken advantage of and pushed through the signing without clarification on what was added and why. I did NOT consent to those extras other than the GAP in the very beginning and with the finance gentlemen. I went back the next day to let them know that wasn't made clear and that I felt that I wasn't listened to when I expressed what I wanted. Cory said he couldn't fix it right then and there, that I could come back in 6mo to see what they can do. I find this unexceptable especially that I came back within 24 hours. I don't feel like I was listened to and I don't feel like items were explained to me. I do feel like I was rushed and taken advantage of. More

Quick and easy negotiation, fair price for my trade in (I rarely trade because they usually don't offer anywhere near market value) and out the door in 1/2 the time as other dealers. I HATE the normal back and forth and high pressure you get from most places. This was a simple, quick and (relatively)painless process. I only say "relatively" because I still had to pay for the Jeep, after all. This is car buying done right. I will be back. More

Be aware If you are lucky enough to find a decent car ( we did ) and pay cash for it in a 1 hour transaction ( we did ) how could you get a 1 star rating ? By not having the proper paperwork to be able to sell you the car in the first place, make the customer wait over 4 months for title / plates with not 1 proactive communication / update and then act put out when the customer has to come back in for a second 3 month temp sticker in the window. We are very happy with the sales and service we have received from Hertz. This is our 2nd car we have purchased from them and if ever we need to purchase again we will go back.
