I believe I gave this dealership a higher rating previously. Since then, we have encountered some difficulty. We requested a second key for the car and floor mats, both of which we thought were st previously. Since then, we have encountered some difficulty. Subsequently, we contacted the Mazda dealership in Burlingame to purchase a second key for $500., however, a tracker had been left on the car, which was made programming a second key impossible. Fortunately, after three days, an astute mechanic found the problem. We are off to purchase mats! More
