I was excited to buy a new car, and a received a vehicle in bad conditions. The spare tire and the wire to keep it in place were cut and stolen. The injectors were dirty and now I have to pay for them. Prob More

I’m still having issues with my car and now it has more issues with the electrical parts. I still am missing a response on the problem with my spare tire and the wire. I know this is a certified vehicle but certified by who?
