I would highly recommend dealing with him, as he provided a relaxed atmosphere for us. He let us drive the vehicle without riding along, he replaced missing parts, showed me how the vehicle worked inside, got my husband and I refreshments and was kind in the process. He certainly seemed to work well with others, as well did the guy who helped fill out all of our paperwork. I can't say so much about the financing team. Overall..... When the white Toyota came in, it was everything I was looking for...except it was white, which I didn't want. Then a grey one came in, in a different trim package, the color I thought I wanted. I checked that color out & realized it wasn't the grey I thought I wanted, so I bought the white one, thankfully no one else bought it in that time. It's a beautiful vehicle, & the price was unbeatable. More
