Nothing against the salesperson but...glad I slept on it Very confusing. Although the salesperson was nice, I asked for other vehicles to be worked up and none were. I went down the street to an actual Jeep Very confusing. Although the salesperson was nice, I asked for other vehicles to be worked up and none were. I went down the street to an actual Jeep dealership and got exactly what I wanted, with local financing WITH being upside down on my trade, a 2 wheel drive and only needing to put what I could afford down and also within my payment budget and a surprising interest rate. Brand new. So I was quite confused with Hertz. Just felt that they did not want to work with me when I was able to go get exactly what I wanted (color, limited, could not ask for more) and did not have to settle so I came out better and I am so happy now. But yes. Was very confused. Ive bought from Hertz before but that experience will be my last unfortunately. More

The truck I was looking for was out on a test drive and and even though it was close to closing time, Eddie had no problems at all staying late so I could test drive the truck and answered all my questions.
