I was searching online for comparable vehicles and went to the Hertrich Mazda website and saw a great deal. I set up an appointment to go in and I’m so glad I did as I am now the happy owner of a Mazda 3. Jordan was on hand to help us and was knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed at how the Mazda team members work together. We were introduced to staff in the service department and the parts department -- that says a lot to me. I was looking for a suv and drove through the dealership when a saleswomen upproached my car. She was I would say in her 40's if I would guess. She asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. I told her a suv and she said she had one for $30k and I said no that's way out of my price range I needed to be about $20-23k. She repeatedly asked me to come in and talk to her sales manager. She made me very uncomfortable and I declined because I was only browsing and I was annoyed by her attitude. I said no in just looking right now and I'm tired and don't have the time. She said well we have stood hear for 5 minutes if u would come in when I told you then you could of been done. I said no thank you it's out of my range and I don't have the time like I said. She goes well how bout if I can get it for $20k I said no at that point I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave. She said well would you come in if I have you the car? I said nope. She said your loss and walked away. I will never return there again! More
