I had my car service on April 18, 2020 they installed 8MOA kit engine maintenance they performed an inspection and he supposed to ask a switch a stop lamp switch hey my car is still doing the same thing 8MOA kit engine maintenance they performed an inspection and he supposed to ask a switch a stop lamp switch hey my car is still doing the same thing the technician was Chris H they ripped off they rip off women the repair wasn’t done they claim it was done but my car still doing the same thing I went back in NISSAN on May 19 of 20This is the worst service I’ve ever had they take a vantage of women claiming they fixing your car and your car doesn’t even need things done a couple months ago I took my car into NISSAN and Isaiah Cox told me that the the mechanic cleaned I need a front and back brakes I did my front brakes I took my car back on April 18 of 24 my back brakes come to find out Isaiah told me I didn’t need new and I didn’t need back brakes because you have a new mechanic so if I need it back brakes two months ago White and I need them on April 18 they’re taking a bandage of women in charging you things that you don’t even need on your vehicle so then he told me I didn’t need back brakes as it will give me the treatment give me the maintenance the maintenance MO a kit for my gas and then I was telling him about how when I’m on the brakes They were post to put on a stop lamp switch replacement they didn’t do it it’s still doing it the same thing I’ve been back in at three times and Isaiah’s going to tell me that the technician says ride my car around for about 1000 miles in a way for a code to come up if you did the diagnostic testing on my car and I paid all this money that you should already know what’s wrong with my car I am not happy with the service there from the service department then I spoke to one of the service manager he was rude as xxxx so I will be disputing my chargesThen after leaving 516 2020 I pulled around front to speak with the general manager if he’s gonna try to tell me that I didn’t have a diagnostic testing done and I did I said it’s right down the paperwork and he said let me go talk to Isaiah but Isaiah had left do you need to tell me to come back on Monday to speak to Isaiah in the service manager for what I’m going to dispute my charges More
