Couldn't Be More Pleased Lease expiring, and the Infiniti QX60 was one of our final choices. We came to Porter while visiting my parents, just to see what they would have to Lease expiring, and the Infiniti QX60 was one of our final choices. We came to Porter while visiting my parents, just to see what they would have to offer. We were greeted at the door and handed off to Stu Swalheim. He was courteous, solicitous in the proper measure, funny, charming, gracious. Our experience was precisely what you would want with a sales associate as you seek to buy or lease. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and made us an offer. After very little back-and-forth, he assisted us in getting a company incentive (veterans, ask about this) that we didn't know about, lowering our price to the point where we shook hands immediately. Porter did not have the vehicle on hand, so we had a brief wait while they obtained it, and we picked up a beautiful, brand-new QX60 the following Friday. Stu stuck with us during the deal, and spent a full hour demonstrating the features of the vehicle so we didn't drive away ignorant. I have never had such a comprehensive block of instruction on the features of a new vehicle. Top marks, Stu, and thanks. Of course, one can have a great experience with the dealership, but if the vehicle disappoints, this is not a happy outcome, so a review of the product follows: Prior to this year, I failed to understand that Infiniti is all about marrying luxury to performance. This vehicle is every bit as spacious as our last crossover (a Ford Explorer), but it is superior in nearly every way. The QX60 rides and handles like a luxury sedan. Switch the engine/transmission setting to "Sport", and it takes off like a Saab. It is a dream to drive, and I look forward to getting in the car and taking trips. Unless some unforeseen technical issue arises, I am certain that we will flip this vehicle over for another at the close of this lease. And unless the dealership closes, we will be giving our business to Porter Infiniti from now on. Top marks all around, no exceptions. Cannot recommend Porter highly enough. More

Not only did they take care of me in every which way prior and during the sale they found out I got side swiped and took it one step further to offer me a vehicle to drive while my cars getting repaired through a partner collision center. If you're looking at an Infiniti... You MUST work with Stu and Chris. You won't regret it. I can't speak to the reviewer that gave them 1-star. I found Chris and Stu to be just the opposite...
